Q: How can I acquire notated sheet music or chord sheets of Bryan's music?

A: There are two ways to acquire sheet music or chord sheets of Bryan's music. If you are a song leader, cantor, soloist or music director, you may request copies of sheet music or chord sheets to be sent directly to you, along with a CD containing the recording of the song (Limit three (3) songs per month). You may also purchase Bryan's official songbook, which contains fully notated music, guitar chord sheets and lyrics which can be found in the music section of the website if you are interested in learning or teaching all of Bryan's music.

Q: If I immediately need music to one of Bryan's songs and cannot wait for a songbook to be shipped, how can we find a way to quickly acquire it?

A: You can email us at info@BryanZive.com and request that a copy of the requested song (s) be either emailed or faxed within 72 hours while your songbook is being shipped.

Q: When will Bryan be performing at my temple or area?

A: You can always visit the Event Dates section or the Homepage on the website for dates, times and venues of every event that involves Bryan.

Q: I want Bryan to perform a concert or lead a service at my temple, JCC or camp. How can I get him there?

A: Bryan loves to perform and lead services and venues all across the United States and Canada. If you want him there, chances are, he'll make it! Visit our Booking section to view all of the various options you can hire Bryan for. If you want a solo act, great! If you want the band, we can arrange that, too. It's all up to you! Q: My CD is damaged, doesn't play correctly or I just want to return it. What is your policy?

A: In the very rare event that your CD, song book or other merchandise is damaged or defective, you may return it for either a full refund or a new item. Other returns of merchandise will never be accepted for ANY reason.

Q: If my merchandise is proven defective or damaged, how long do I have to send it back to get a refund or a new item?

A: You have no more than 21 days (three weeks) from the date of purchase (ex: the date merchandise is sent to you) to return merchandise for the refund. No refund is given after the deadline passes.

Q: I just ordered a CD from the website. When will it be in my posession?

A: CD's and other merchandise are usually sent 7-10 business days after payment is made via standard USPS. If you are interested in receiving your merchandise faster, you may use our Fed-EX option for overnight or two business days for additional cost.

Q: I am making a CD for my congregation, camp, JCC or for personal use and want to use one of Bryan's songs. What do I do?
